Hey gang. In an effort to honor my Push goal today, I went on YouTube and found a fast, easy 15 minute workout for beginners by Chris Powell. Chris is the guy from the Extreme Makeover Weightloss Edition show. He and his wife Heidi help people transform themselves in a year. Perfect! Isn't that what I'm trying to do?
So - I found this beginner video. It's his level 1 workout. It's something that he claims all his clients first use when they start their weightloss journey. So - I wanted to post it for you to give you something to start with in case you aren't sure where to start. Feeling good I did something for me today:
