Morning gang. I'm still stuck on my list of things to do for the 30 Day Push Challenge because I've been so busy with life. But I WILL get to it, it's just a matter of when. Guess I'll just have to PUSH myself. :) Okay...yes, that was horrible :)
This morning I woke up and turned on Chris Powell's level 1 workout. Today was a little harder than yesterday. I found my arms shaking a little when doing the push-up portion. But, I completed the whole thing and feel accomplished today! I'm on my way to my 165 goal.
I am going to incorporate a 1 mile walk into my daily routine. This should satisfy my cardio needs. So between the level 1 workout and the walking, I know it will help me burn more calories and build muscle.
Hey, remember when I tried making my own sugar scrub? I've been using it on my face and body and I'm finding that I really love it! I had always seen people using coconut oil on their bodies, but somehow I thought this was too weird to work. After trying it myself, I have to say that I won't use anything else. It's so hydrating! And...with winter coming, I will need all the hydration I can get.
